I travel with my kids but I am so happy that it is not hard for me to handle them during travels. My ears and my eyes let me know when something needs my attention now, and I know what I will do next. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It must be so hard for the parents to worry about the beeps, not just for  their baby but for the other babies in the room. Parents worry that the nurses might miss something. We are a military family, the government pays for our healthcare.  I hear alot of people complaining that not 100% of our dental care is covered, or vision, etc.  This post definitely makes me count my blessings- we have three children, and I am SCARED TO DEATH to think of what would happen if we had to provide medical care for them on our own, if the military wasn&amp;#39;t here for us.  I know we would scrape and pinch to pay it, but it give me the willies to think about it! Perron&amp;#39;s therapist always talks about how Medicaid is such a necessity for so many of the children that she takes care of.  Hubs and I make a good deal of money, but we certainly could not afford $100,000 a year in medical expenses.
